The culinary team at the BottleShop creates flavorful dishes with the highest-quality, freshest ingredients available.

Having honed his craft in some of the top establishments in London and San Francisco, Chef John Graham-Taylor brings an elevated dining experience to the mid-Peninsula, while maintaining a casual and inviting atmosphere.

John opened the BottleShop at the height of the pandemic in October 2020. Initially a wine bar and retail shop, he began offering food pairings to go with their curated selection of small-production wines.

A cult following ensued, and the menu grew…
