It helps to be a Star Trek fan for this. Pronounced "BORG-wee" this Cabernet Franc from the loir valley is elegant suave and charismatic, unlike the semi-robotic collective. Bright red fruit and limestone minerality make this a very well made and beautiful experience... perhaps it is a little 2 of 9-esque!
